Can I purchase single quantities of items like bottles and journals?
Single pieces are limited to apparel and select hats and bags. Hard goods such as bottles and journals have higher minimums. We are happy to assist with bulk orders of hard goods, Contact Us.
What if I’m not seeing what I’m looking for on the company store?
You can send us suggestions for items you'd like to see in the Contact Us section. Addition of items must be approved by the Brand & Experience department.
What if the item I purchased is out of stock?
If your selection is out of stock or discontinued, we will cancel the order and will refund you. We will reach out via email to alert you of which item(s) are not available. We will also refund any related tax and shipping.
How long will my order take?
Typically, orders take 2-3 weeks to be produced and delivered. Rush options are available. If you need a rush, we recommend that you Contact Us to confirm the timeline and any additional cost.
Do employees get an additional discount?
Your company store is priced for employee use, there are no additional discounts.
What if I would like to be invoiced for my order and expense through a department or physician-direct code?
This option is only available for certain, bulk quantity items. If an item is eligible, you should select 'Bill Me Later' during check out and will need to insert your expense code on the following page. Payment for all non-bulk items is required at time of purchase.
What if I would like a logo that is not currently available on the site or want some other customization/personalization?
Please submit the details of your request through Contact Us. This request will need reviewed by the Springfield Clinic Brand & Experience team.
How do I redeem a gift card/code for the SC Swag Store?
All gift reimbursements are distributed as a 6-digit code that will be emailed to your SpringfieldClinic.com email address. This could happen if you have used AwardCo points to purchase a gift card/code or if your organization has distributed codes through another initiative.
Your code is inserted in the "Step 5: Review" portion of the check out process. In "Step 4: Billing," select credit card payment from the payment method drop down.
